Useful Tools for Residential Customers

Waste Connections in Colorado Springs has launched new, useful tools for Residential customers.  Please take a minute to learn how these tools can make your life easier when it comes to your pickup schedule and what materials are allowed in Waste Connections carts.

My Schedule

From any smartphone, laptop or desktop you can visit the SCHEDULE page of the website, enter your address and view your upcoming collection schedule.

You can look at the current month or look ahead to see if an upcoming holiday will impact your collection day.

Waste Wizard

The Waste Wizard is another handy tool.  For safety and legal reasons not all materials are allowed in Waste Connections residential containers, and the local recycling market impacts what materials can be placed in the recycling carts.

Now when residential customers are not 100% sure an item is acceptable, they can simply go to the Waste Wizard, enter the item in question and click Search.

Important to Note:

  • You can download the APP on the SCHEDULE page.
  • To preserve the value of recyclables, only place approved items in the Waste Connections recycling cart.
  • Weather related delays will still be announced on our website at wcSprings.com.
